Ingredients:
1 23 fl oz Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
34 fl oz Mancino Vermouth di Torino Chinato
12 fl oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
16 fl oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist expressed and discarded. Adorn with a skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry..
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

It's a big and very delicious drink. We wonder why our good host hasn't reviewed Cocchi's Barolo Chinato...our go to.

A slightly bitter and more complex Manhattan. I upped the whiskey to 60 ml.
