Ingredients:
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur
Top up with Taittinger Brut Réserve N.V. Champagne
14 oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)

How to make:

STIR first two ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne. Add raspberry liqueur.

Great cocktail. Either on a warm afternoon or for brunch. Flavours work well together.
