Serve in a Flute glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Elderflower liqueur
Top up with Brut champagne/sparkling wine
14 oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered raspberries.

How to make:

  1. STIR first 2 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  3. TOP with sparkling wine.
  4. ADD raspberry liqueur.

  1. Garnish with skewered raspberries.

Great cocktail. Either on a warm afternoon or for brunch. Flavours work well together.
