How to make:
STIR first two ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne. Add raspberry liqueur.
1 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1/2 fl oz | Fiorente Elderflower liqueur |
Top up with | Brut champagne or sparkling wine |
1/4 fl oz | Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord) |

Created in 2008 by Dan Warner, then the Beefeater Global Ambassador, hence originally made using said gin.
