Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
34 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
34 oz Galliano L'Autentico liqueur
2 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare lime slice wheel for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wheel.

Tasty. A multitude of flavours. Sharp with apricot sour notes and the Galliano bringing lots to the party. A bit of sour apple at the end.

This was perfect to go with a fajita dinner. Not too sweet. We use organic 100% apple juice. Great balance and flavour.

Reduce the Galliano by around 5ml.
