Glass:
Serve in a Coupe glass
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
| 1⁄2 oz | Chilli liqueur |
| 1 oz | Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee) |
| 1⁄3 oz | Monin Gingerbread Syrup |
| 3 drop | Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of float 3 coffee beans.
How to make:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated on the surface to represent health, wealth and happiness.
