6 drop | Difford's Daiquiri Bitters |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
3 1/2 fl oz | Pineapple soda (chilled) |

How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
- Prepare garnish of basil leaf.
- MUDDLE basil in base of shaker.
- Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- TOP with pineapple soda and briefly stir.
- Garnish with basil leaf.
