Ingredients:
2 fresh Basil leaves
1 13 oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
6 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
3 12 oz Pineapple soda chilled
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of basil leaf.
  3. MUDDLE basil in base of shaker.
  4. Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  5. TOP with pineapple soda and briefly stir.
  6. Garnish with basil leaf.
