| 1 oz | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 3⁄4 oz | Strucchi Bianco Vermouth |
| 1⁄2 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
| 1⁄4 oz | Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur) |
| 1⁄4 oz | Giffard Watermelon liqueur |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
- Prepare garnish of watermelon wedge.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with watermelon wedge on rim.
