Bittersweet and spirit-forward. The orange zest twist is key to this cocktail's success; hence I use two.
Adapted from a recipe created circa 2019 by Brandon Bramhall at Attaboy in Nashville, Tennessee. (For reasons of sobriety and to make this challenging cocktail more approachable, I reduced the original volumes by a third.)

Otherwise it's a very interesting cocktail. The combination of flavours brought out a bergamot taste I've never noticed in any of the ingredients before. If nothing else this is a great cocktail to find new flavours with!
