Ingredients:
1 12 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz Chinola Mango Liqueur
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
6 drop Bob's Ginger Bitters optional
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Double old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of mango wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  4. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  5. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  6. Garnish with mango wedge.

Great stuff, 4.5! My cabinet only offered Vedrenne’s Liqueur de Mangue, but that worked well. Chinola Mango Liqueur is not available in this country (Sweden).
