I would even dare to question this recipes. As a matter of fact money has no object when I had to get the Diffords Guide printed. But sometimes I do not get exactly why certain recipes differ one from another, and this is one. Is good, but really does not add another fascet, but just little repetitive. Now I am doing maybe 50% of all last words- maybe more in this list (plus all other cocktails I have to drink in the week) and I am starting to lose which is one is one. :S

Kind of a subtle play on a Last Word especially as the ice melts; or not, depending on your mezcal.

I was too rough in dropping the "drops" of saline solution, and half of the liquid felt in. And what do you know? It is actually good.

I agree with Florian. Slightly too sweet for my taste, but otherwise a great cocktail. Next time I’m going to try halving the agave.

For my taste buds it is a bit too sweet and the lime could be more present (although I used a dash saline solution). Less Agave, more lime and possibly a tiny bit more Luxardo will be my next try. A cocktail worth to experiment with!

Wow, really tasty and my new favorite mezcal cocktail, just after the Mezcal Martinez. Who'd have thought mezcal and chartreuse would complement each other so well?
