Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
34 oz Bols Blue Curaçao
1 14 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 oz Pineapple juice
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple leaf.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Had this again, but with upping the tequila by half. Also added an Anejo Tequila float which brought Cactus Jack up to a whole new level.

i accidentally eliminated the pineapple juice but ended up enjoying it a bit more sour anyway

I like it with lime substituted for lemon juice (so it’s basically a fruity and bizarrely blue marguarita) but also good in the original version

I really liked this . We did add a little more tequila (.25 oz) and I think I would go up to 1 1/2 oz tequila. The extra tequila cut down on some of the sweetness from the orange and pineapple juice. Would do again. We very well with spicy food.
