Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
3 fresh Mint leaves
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Kleos Mastiha liqueur
1 12 oz Birch water
4 drop Bob's Peppermint Bitters
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Mint leaf

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of stirring glass. Add other ingredients, STIR with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Review:

The thinking man's mixed drink, this is based on gin with the distinctive flavour of Greek mastiha and lengthened with birch water.

Just drinking some Mastiha on ice in Greece right now… very interesting. File under fernet and amaro. V interesting cocktail ingredient.
