Ingredients:
1 23 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry
16 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

1¾ oz. French vermouth
½ oz gin
½ oz. dry sherry
Dash of cointreau
Stir and strain. Serve in 3 oz. cocktail glass.
