8 fresh Mint leaves
¾ fl oz Capucana Handcrafted Cachaca
¾ fl oz Bison grass vodka
¾ fl oz Manzanilla Sherry
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 fl oz Soda (club soda) or sparkling water

How to make:

SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with soda water.

Mint leaf
