a Coupe glass...
8 fresh Mint leaves
¾ fl oz Capucana Cachaca
¾ fl oz Zubrówka bison vodka
¾ fl oz Manzanilla Sherry
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 fl oz Soda (club soda)

How to make:

SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with soda water.

Garnish:

Mint leaf

Comment:

Cachaça, Bison Grass vodka and manzanilla sherry combine harmoniously and are freshened with mint and lime in this refreshing cocktail.
