Serve in a Coupe glass
2 dried | Clove |
1 1⁄2 oz | BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco |
1 oz | Mead |
1 oz | Pineapple juice |
1⁄2 oz | Licor 43 Original liqueur |
1⁄6 oz | Pine liqueur |
Garnish: Clove studded pineapple wedge
MUDDLE cloves in base of shaker to crush. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Honey and pineapple, laced with aromatic pisco and spiced with clove.
