Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 dried Clove
1 12 oz BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
1 oz Mead
1 oz Pineapple juice
12 oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
16 oz Pine liqueur
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Clove studded pineapple wedge

How to make:

MUDDLE cloves in base of shaker to crush. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Review:

Honey and pineapple, laced with aromatic pisco and spiced with clove.

Enormous and unexpected. It does not correspond at all to what already exists. As Ralph points out, each ingredient is clearly discernible and this makes for incredible teamwork. It drinks itself and when you finish the first one, you just want to have another one. A must try.

Simon - this drink is fantastic! I was intrigued by the combination of ingredients. Very smooth and complex. You can taste each ingredient and they play very well together. I wouldn’t have dreamed this up in a million years. Skol!

Thanks, Ralph. Been many years since I made it so I've added it to my list and will add our boozy and sweet to dry scales when I do.
