I had high hopes for this one, but I felt like the Angostura overpowered the other flavors. Next time I’d try just one or two dashes instead of four.

This is really tasty. I didn’t get much of the cognac flavour, perhaps I need to use a stronger percentage cognac. But the combination of vanilla, almond and Angostura is an interesting combination. I try works. Definitely making this again!
