How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

|3/4 fl oz||Izarra Green (Vert) liqueur|
|1/2 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/3 fl oz||Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup|
|2 dash||Angostura Aromatic Bitters|

Konstantinos’ original recipe called for dushi buttons in place of sugar syrup. Sadly, while commonplace in his local market in Messinia , Greece, dushi buttons are a rarity in South London, England, hence our substitution.
