How to make:

*1* Yerba mate and rooibos sugar syrup
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 1/3 fl oz Cherry Heering Liqueur
1 fl oz Novo Fogo Silver cachaça
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 whole Pasteurised egg white
