How to make:

*1* Yerba mate and rooibos sugar syrup
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 1/3 fl oz Cherry Heering cherry brandy liqueur
1 fl oz Cachaça
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix)
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 whole Pasteurised egg white (or aquafaba)
