Ingredients:
1 fl oz Pineapple rum
34 fl oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
34 fl oz Ferrand Tropical Dry Curaçao
34 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 fl oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
14 fl oz Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
14 fl oz Difford's Falernum liqueur
112 fl oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur
8 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters optional
2 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s optional
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of fruit stick (skewered pineapple cubes and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry) and mint sprigs.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with fruit stick and mint sprigs bouquet.

Really sumptuous and delicious...and the bitters give it a nice sharp edge. Bravo. btw there appears to be a problem with the recipe specifying 2.5ml Allspice ground powder and the review referring to dram. We assumed that the recipe should be read as including 2.5ml Pimento Dram.

Many thanks, Simon. You assumed correctly! Should be 2.5ml Pimento Dram. Now corrected. I was too hasty when choosing from the options when uploading.
