1 1⁄2 fl oz	Patrón Silver blanco tequila
1⁄2 fl oz	Pomegranate juice
1⁄2 fl oz	Strucchi Bianco Vermouth chilled
1⁄3 fl oz	Amaro Montenegro
6 drop	Rose water
3 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
