Great cocktail. Enjoyed with some sharp cheddar cheese and almonds. Sweetness is spot on and there balance of all the ingredients was perfect. Only thing we were missing was the garnish as fresh red currents are a bit hard to get in San Diego. Would definitely do again.
Cocktail would be wonderful, also, on a warm afternoon when you want to relax.
