How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 12 fl oz Rutte Old Simon Genever
12 fl oz Oloroso sherry
12 fl oz G. Miclo Kirsch Vieux Eau de Vie
12 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
12 fl oz Groseille (redcurrant) syrup

Comment:

Bready genever is aromatised with sherry and kirsch while red currant syrup provides the main flavour with its richness balanced by lemon juice.

About:

A riff on the classic Artist's Special, which is based on Irish Whiskey. The only change is to use Dutch genever in place of whisky – hence the name.
