Review:

Inspired by football's controversial Video Assistant Referee and, fittingly, made with Vodka, Amontillado sherry and Rye whiskey, this "VAR Martini" is just as divisive. In keeping with its football theme, it contains a total of 90ml of ingredients: one millilitre for each minute of playing time. However, this makes no allowance for stoppage time, even those caused by lengthy VAR interventions.

I'm looking forward to trying this when watching a game or two (supporting England in the US of course). But surely this should be called a VARtini?

Thanks, Richard. You're not the only one to suggest this. Hence, I've changed the name to what I should have called it in the first place.
