Ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz Disaronno amaretto
12 oz Single cream/half-and-half
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with dusting of nutmeg grated over cocktail.

As an after-dinner drink with a freshly made piece of Bakewell Tart, this was outstanding. The hint of Bourbon with the cream and Almond liqueur went perfectly with the almond and raspberry dessert.
