12 oz Apple cider vinegar
4 dash Black pepper bitters

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

I used the liquid from the homemade pickled cherries instead of the cider vinegar. I left out the bitters because I can’t find pepper bitters. It was very good.
