How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
|1 2/3 fl oz||Tennesse whiskey|
|1/3 fl oz||Triple sec liqueur (40%)|
|1/2 fl oz||Cider vinegar|
|4 dash||Black pepper bitters|
