Review:

Perhaps this would more aptly be named the Alpine Cup. No matter, it's a true Summer Cup in style, well-balanced and refreshing any season of the year.

History:

Created by Matt Hollidge @theamateurmixologist on Instagram London / Belfast, UK. "The basis of the cocktail is based on the classic summer / fruit cup recipe, transformed to compliment the flavours of Suze. The 'No 5' is a subtle nod to the history of the drink, where the ordered range created by Pimms (since discontinued) in the 1940s, listed a rye base as the 5th in their range."

A little too heavy in Suze for my tastes as is. Those in the same predicament as me will probably love this cocktail with twice the amount of ginger beer though.
