Ingredients:
2 oz Bacardi 8 year old rum
56 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 drop Worcestershire sauce
6 fresh Basil leaves
1 23 oz Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco

How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with prosecco.

The Italian Bacardí Legacy 2018 winning cocktail created by Davide Mitacchione at Luau Tiki Bar in Bari, Italy.

Adelante is not just a cocktail, it is a universal symbol of never giving up. It represents that moment that we have all experienced, when failure happens and you have to react and restart. You have to go on! This drink is inspired by the great Old Cuban cocktail, created at the beginning of the 2000s by Audrey Saunders in New York. It is a modern and sparkling vision of a classic Cuban drink, with an Italian touch.

Very good cocktail. The Worcestershire sauce in the shaken cocktail tastes like Japanese umami bitters. Could be an interesting variation.

Wow. I didn't expect dark rum cocktails to be savoury. It was a delightful surprise!
