1 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
1 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz *Special ingredient #1 (see above)
1 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Fee Brothers Fee Foam

Garnish: Rosemary sprig, ginger slice & spray red wine

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass. Special ingredient #1: Homemade rosemary & ginger syrup
