How to make:
THROW first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with tonic water.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Caorunn Gin|
|1 1/2 fl oz||Apple juice (apple cider) unsweetened & cloudy|
|1/4 fl oz||Elderflower syrup|
|2 dash||Celery bitters|
|2 1/2 fl oz||Thomas Henry Tonic Water|
