How to make:

THROW first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with tonic water.

1 1/2 fl oz Caorunn Gin
1 1/2 fl oz Apple juice (cloudy & unsweetened)
1/4 fl oz Elderflower syrup
2 dash Celery bitters
2 1/2 fl oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water
