How to make:
THROW first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with tonic water.
1 1/2 fl oz | Caorunn Gin |
1 1/2 fl oz | Apple juice (apple cider) unsweetened & cloudy |
1/4 fl oz | Elderflower syrup |
2 dash | Celery bitters |
2 1/2 fl oz | Thomas Henry Tonic Water |
