6 fresh Raspberries
1 23 oz Caorunn Gin
1 14 oz *Special ingredient #1 (see above)
0.42 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Egg white

How to make:

MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker, add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Special ingredient #1: Homemade apple syrup
