Serve in a Coupe glass
| 6 fresh | Raspberries |
| 1 2⁄3 oz | Caorunn Gin |
| 1 1⁄4 oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
| 0.42 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Egg white |
Garnish: Dehydrated apple slice
How to make:
MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker, add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Special ingredient #1: Homemade apple syrup
