Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
23 oz Sugar-free sweetener syrup
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters optional
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare lemon slice wheel for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN back into shaker.
  5. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  6. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  7. Garnish with lemon slice.

Review:

This Whiskey Sour isn't very sour and those wanting a drier drink should consider reducing the sweetener to nearer 15ml (1/2oz).

Adding a couple of dashes aromatic bitters greatly contributes to the cocktail's flavour but this also adds trace amounts of sugar.
