1⁄2 oz | Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.) |
3 oz | Coconut water |
3 drop | Bob's Liquorice bitters |
Coconut, liquorice and anise are bold flavours to combine and hopefully make this cocktail deliciously abnormal.

This is so delicate and light! The pairing of coconut and absinthe shouldn’t work, but here is delightful and it tastes just right. This is delightful.
