Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
12 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
12 oz Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
3 oz Coconut water
3 drop Bob's Liquorice bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of star anise or piece of coconut.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Finally! A use for my liquorice bitters!

This is so delicate and light! The pairing of coconut and absinthe shouldn’t work, but here is delightful and it tastes just right. This is delightful.
