1 fl oz	Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
2 dash	La Fée Parisienne absinthe

Garnish: Lemon zest twist

The Norwegian Bacardí Legacy 2018 winning cocktail created by Tomas Ricciardi in Bettola, Oslo, Norway.

El Bohemio - a bohemian - is a free-thinking individual who does not care what other people think. This brought me back to the origins of Bacardí rum, with Don Facundo Bacardí Masso's radical new way of producing rum, and with my own heritage from the Czech Republic, otherwise known as Bohemia.

My legacy is to honor the free thinkers who are not afraid to go in their own direction and to support the creatives who do not fear the reaction of others - for this is the true bohemian mindset.

I put on the aria "Sì, mi chiamano Mimi" (Machado) and enjoyed the decadent romance of this cocktail. Refreshing citrus, herbal Becherovka and Absinthe, on a base of cool rum. Delightful.
