What a fantastically balanced cocktail. Starts slightly sweet, but then the Campari and grapefruit come in very quickly to add a nice sourness/bitterness. An absolutely great cocktail on a Friday night after a long day at work.

This is outstanding. On my favourites. Loved that it is sweet, but not overly. Nice hints of bitter from the various ingredients. Perfect in the afternoon. We did thaw out some frozen cherries and made the juice. Thanks for creating.
