A very strange combination of flavours and one that I'm not sure works. I still gave it a 4/5 because it does put my favourite cachaca front and centre and even at the bottom of the drink it still has me wondering if it works - which I think is an achievement.

Used Luxardo Bitter, not as sweet as Aperitivo. A great evening or digestive cocktail. The bitters work fabulous with the cachaca. Wonderful.

Unexpected and intriguing combination of flavors. Must try the Rabo-de-Galo next.

Slightly increased the cynar, little sweet before.
