34 oz Cockburn's White Heights Port
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange & lemon wheel slices.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Adapted from a recipe created by Derek Brown at Columbia Room, Washington D.C., USA. Apparently, this cocktail was served at the White House during a party hosted by the Obamas. How the President and First Lady regarded the libation is not recorded.
