Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
1 whole | Maraschino cherry (from jar in syrup) |
1 wedge | Orange (fresh) |
2 oz | Bourbon whiskey |
1⁄2 oz | Peach schnapps liqueur |
3 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
Garnish: Orange slice or peach wedge
MUDDLE cherry and orange wedge in base of mixing glass. ADD other ingredients, STIR with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
A peach-influenced bourbon old-fashioned served Wisconsin-style.
