How to make:
STIR lime and grapefruit juices with sugar in base of shaker until sugar is dissolved. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Grapefruit juice (pink) |
1 spoon | Powdered sugar (ground in mortar and pestle) |
1 2/3 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum |
1/3 fl oz | Montenegro amaro |
1/3 fl oz | Martini Rosso sweet vermouth |
