Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz Tuaca liqueur
12 oz Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
14 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint leaf (or shamrock).
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with mint leaf (or shamrock).

Review:

There's nothing Irish about this drink, but it's good all the same.

My make-do version included EH Taylor Bourbon, Mandarine Napoléon, Tuaca and Vanilla bitters plus cherries, of course.
Hopefully similar to yours and quite delicious.

Made as specified - not for me. Bourbon notes, but other flavors (vanilla?) were more than I like. Quite sweet, and boozy/hot.

I thought I'd help it live up to its name and used Irish whisky. I left out the syrup and used a drop of vanilla extract. Dark and mysterious.
