I found this really elegant; the dryness of the sherry and the sweetness of the italicus play off each other really well; not the topermost taper of cocktails but a very pleasant gambol in the foothills of pleasantness.

This was a bit shallow for us so we threw in 10ml of Busker triple cask.

My first ever use of Italicus. This was very pleasant easy drinking. Fresh and smooth.

Italicus tastes great with Manzanilla and Bitter Truth aromatic bitters.
