Ingredients:
56 oz Disaronno amaretto
56 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
56 oz Dark crème de cacao liqueur
1 oz Single cream/half-and-half
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with skewered cherry.

Very sweet, but delicious if you're looking for something sweet. Could serve on ice if you want to temper the sweetness some. Used Disaronno, Heering, & Mozart.

Mariquinhas, Cartron dark, Gozio... good. Ice creamy for sure. Seems like it wants a little charge of cognac or bourbon.

I disagree, slightly: I think the cherry dominates. Not overpoweringly, but I'll drop it to 20ml if I make it again (which isn't unlikely).

Delicious and, yes, very much like an ice cream. The flavors balance out well with the proportions given, but then with those ingredients it would be hard to go wrong.
