Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:

2 slice	Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
2 barspoon	Honey
2 fl oz	Patrón Reposado tequila
1 fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄2 fl oz	Chilled water/mineral water omit if using wet ice

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

3. MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
4. Add honey and tequila, and STIR until honey is dissolved.
5. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

7. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
