How to make:
MUDDLE blackberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
3 fresh | Blackberries |
2 fl oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
1/2 fl oz | Rosso/rouge (sweet) vermouth |
3/4 fl oz | Giffard Crème de Mûre liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) |
3 dash | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |
