Ingredients:
2 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
1 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Agave syrup
4 drop Difford's Margarita Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.

I love how the layers of smoke, sour citrus and sweetness roll over your tongue like waves in the surf.
