Pretty top notch swill. I made mine with white grapefruit and club soda, and I couldn't stop taking sips. Drank it with a sardine and potato bake drizzled with malt vinegar. Lovely breakfast.

Give an aged or flavoured gin a go in this drink. I did a split between a chilli-infused gin and an aged gin (3:1) with some extra orange bitters, and it is so tasty.

Very easy to drink. We do prefer them on the sour side, so this was a little too sweet the first time - doubled the grapefruit and lemon the second time around and it was perfect.

A great summer option. I heated the honey slightly to make it more runny and mix better. Next time I will try club soda instead of lemon lime soda.

Club soda worked just fine for me.
