Review:

A pale shade of pink rather than red, Red Echo has delicate falernum spice which allows vinous notes from the tsipouro and sherry to shine.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created by Kostas Petropoulos at Lou.Ki Bar in Komotini, Greece, this was one of ten winning recipes in the 2021 O/Purist Quest. The name Red Echo derives from the Greek word: ēchō and Kostas says, "My inspiration comes from a quote: "Life is an echo. What you send out comes back. What you sow you reap." From Greece to the rest of the world, tsipouro has come a long way. O/Purist Tsipouro seems to be a strong advocate voice for the globalization of our national spirit, let us, the Greek bartending community, be the Echo!"
