1 12 oz Bourbon whiskey
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
4 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Ale

  1. Select and pre-chill a Highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon peel (whole).
  3. POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. STIR.

Enjoyable Highball, although I prefer it with some lemon/lime juice added to give it some tartness.

William, I agree with the citrus spritz. I made this with WIld Turkey 101, Fever Tree 'refreshingly light' ginger ale, and a tsp of simple syrup. Superb. Whiskey heat, spice, and subtle creamsicle colorings. Damn fine.
