1 1⁄2 oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
1⁄2 oz | Orange Curaçao liqueur |
1⁄2 oz | Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup |
1⁄2 oz | Pineapple juice |
1⁄2 oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄4 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄4 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
Slightly sweet and very fruity with raspberry and pineapple to the fore. Made with freshly prepared homemade raspberry syrup (1½:1) this is particularly delicious.

1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice.
1 Teaspoon Orange Juice.
1 Chunk of Pineapple.
⅔ Rum.
2 Dashes of Curaçao.
