We halved the sugar syrup and backed off 1/4 oz on the pineapple juice. Still a lovely cocktail, but not as sweet.

This might be even better at hiding a lot of booze in a glass than the long island iced tea. Tasty and dangerous.

This was excellent and, unfortunately, very easy to drink. Did back off on the sugar syrup as we prefer our drink a bit more sour. The pineapple juice gave it a tiki vibe. After tasting, being big rum drinkers, we did add a float of Navy Rum. Added more complex flavours and that hint of Jamaican funk. In my favourites, but could be dangerous on a hot day.
