Ingredients:
1 23 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
56 oz Pineapple juice
56 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
23 oz Bols Blue Curaçao
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of honey syrup and desiccated/flaked coconut rim.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Very nice and festive. On the second try I slightly reduced the lemon juice as suggested in another comment - this suited my palate better.

Excellent cocktail recipes..

Add some ice and cream of coconut and blend it together for a frosty version :)
Can also swap for the Malibu rum to strengthen the coconut flavor.
