Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
2 oz | Bourbon whiskey |
1⁄6 oz | Amaro (e.g. CioCiaro) |
1⁄6 oz | Dark crème de cacao liqueur |
2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
1 swath | Orange peel |
Garnish: Orange zest twist
STIR (regal stir) all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
Bourbon-forward and lightly bittersweet with zesty citrus freshness.
