Ingredients:
1 12 oz Tennessee whiskey
12 oz Mexican corn whisky
16 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
16 oz Popcorn sugar syrup
112 oz Chili liqueur
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
14 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
112 oz Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne

Garnish: Flamed orange zest twist expressed & discarded

How to make:

STIR first 6 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. POUR crème de cassis into centre of cocktail (it should sink to form a red base).

History:

Created in November 2023 by yours truly and inspired by The Jackal from Ronny Jordan's 1993 album The Quiet Revolution and the 1973 thriller movie The Day of The Jackal based on the 1971 Frederick Forsyth novel of the same name.
